A Socially-Distanced Whisk(e)y Tasting
Last Sunday I hosted a very intimate, community socially-distanced whisk(e)y tasting in Home, WA. It was fun, engaging, and educational. We tasted through some exciting whisk(e)ys of the world including: Jameson, Toki, Glenmorangie, Crown Royal, Bulleit, and a local selection, Westland Sherry Wood. We concluded the event with a premium pour of one of my favorites, Barterhouse bourbon, and a curated cocktail for the event, a take on a whisk(e)y sour featuring PNW blackberries and estate-grown rosemary.
