Escape from the heat with this refreshing whisky cocktail!
After discovering Marionberries, I had to use it in a cocktail. Little did I know...they are just fancy Oregon blackberries! Cheers!

The Rosemarion
2 oz Crown Royal
0.5 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1.0 oz Marionberry and rosemary reduction
1 flamed sprig rosemary
Instructions
Mix ingredients together in a shaker
Add ice and shake
Pour over 2 large ice cubes
Garnish with flamed rosemary sprig
Marionberry and Rosemary Reduction
1 cup Marionberries
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Heat Marionberries in a saucepan over medium heat until soft
Mash berries into a coarse puree
Mix in rosemary leaves
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes
Puree reduction with an immersion blender
Strain out seeds and leave-bits
Refrigerate for 2 hours before use
